Josh Bayne and Joshua Murnane (the two Josh's) met in a small gourmet food company a few years ago. They found in each other a shared passion for slow cooked natural food using local products and a more traditional approach to ingredients. With over 20 years combined experience in the food industry they like to let the pasta do the talking. The Josh's share a passionate vision for their business:

o Floridia Cheese – a household name in Melbourne's Italian community since the 1950's producing spectacular milky organic ricottas and beautiful sharp organic parmesan and pecorino
* Soft delicate pasta dough made from a combination of durum wheat semolina and farina flours with eggs and salt.
