Exiting 2020

Happy New Year’s Eve! This video I took from our rowboat in the Blue Grotto in Italy back in 2012, now has such symbolic meaning to me today. We had to lay down to exit this cave which makes me think of what 2020 has brought us and how we will exit this year and enter 2021. Personally I believe it all comes down to perspective and how you choose to look at your surroundings and what you do with the situations you’re presented. 2020 has been a wild ride for many, we’ve had tragedies and uncertainty but we’ve also seen glimpses of light in what some may call a dark era. I am appreciative of the world we live in despite this year’s ups and downs and hope to explore it more than ever in 2021!
