Here’s the trick: Disney can be relaxing if you plan smartly.

✅ Schedule a resort/rest day (your feet will love you for it).
✅ Rope drop in the AM, then unwind by the pool in the afternoon. Head back into the parks for the evening.
✅ If you stay at a deluxe resort, take advantage of extended evening hours on specific days.
✅ Focus on your favorite rides and experiences- less can be more.
