Get SET - Sport Exercise Therapy - are fully qualified and insured Therapist and Gym Instructors, with experience working with both sports teams, individuals & general public. Exercise therapy is the correction of postural problems and abnormal movement patterns caused by muscle imbalances around a joint leading to overuse and injury. Get SET Sport Exercise Therapy offer:

* DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

- focuses on loosening the deeper layers of muscle tissue, releases toxins from muscles and gets blood and therefore oxygen circulating properly to aid full muscle recovery.

* CORRECTIVE EXERCISE - brings the body back into a perfect postural position by undoing muscle imbalances, loosening those ones that have become tight, and tightening muscle that have become loose.

* SPORTS INJURY REHABILITATION - Assess, treat and, where appropriate refer on for specialist advice and intervention.

* ASSISTED STRETCHING - Stretching works for the body by increasing range of motion Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), improving performance, reducing injuries, decreasing muscle soreness and accelerating recovery.
