A true "Insider" in PV would be called a Vallartense (someone born and raised in Puerto Vallarta). There is also a fun slang name for a Puerto Vallarta native - often referred to as a "Pata Salada", which translates to Salty Foot; born in the fishing tradition of the historical village. So while we would love to think that our passion for the area and our time visiting and living here is enough to qualify, we consider ourselves citizens of the world who are lucky enough to call Puerto Vallarta home. And we want to share it with you!
