做对外汉语老师、互惠生汉语老师 十多年最难受的事情
互惠生因为被家庭认为“瘸腿”拒绝进门。。。
-转发，文中的中介顾问、互惠生机构是我的老同事，当时我也有参与这件事情，所以回想起来，这场“遭遇”也是我教育生涯里面浓墨的一笔！
什么样的家庭会逼哭我这个做了十多年互惠生的“老中介”？现在想想都是匪夷所思，十多年了，我也就遇到过这么一个搞事的家庭。
这是一个上海的家庭，家庭妈妈是做美容院的，据说开了很多所，反正家庭看上去非常阔绰。19年老客户转介绍联系我们后匹配了一个俄罗斯的女孩子，一切都正常，似乎是我们最常见最平静的客户之一。我们还想着这个家庭妈妈属于事业型女性，平时似乎话不多，但句句干练，应该是属于“好做”的家庭。但是只能说，在经历过足够数量多的家庭以及人和事后，后知后觉，要明白表象，一切的平静下面就是 不平静，拉平了看，生活似乎是死水却有暗涛汹涌！
互惠生要落地前两天，这个家庭告知我们没办法去接了！要求我们去接了送到家庭，OK，这也行！
互惠生落地当天我们接到了，到了家庭。因为匹配顾问之前一直都是网上联系家庭，还想着第一次见家庭，也要学习一下这位“女强人”妈妈。谁知道不幸会马上依然而至。。。
到了家庭，家妈开始各种挑毛病了：这个互惠生怎么和面试的时候不一样？（一样啊~顾问赶紧拿资料和面试截图来给家妈看）为什么看起来病怏怏的？（坐了十几个小时飞机啊~）为什么感觉很冷漠？（你说呢？）
让我们大跌眼镜的一幕来了，家妈颐气指使：来来，走两步，我家客厅很开阔，你从这头走到那头。。。
这是接待互惠生还是面试模特？我们无奈让互惠生照做，心里面已经开始犯嘀咕了：这样感觉根本相处不了啊，怎么样住在一起呢？！后来才知道这些都是多余的担心！因为根本不！可！能！！
互惠生这么来回走了一圈后，家妈发话了：不行，她不能住我家，她走路有点瘸！我不要。。。。
天呐，我们后面所有同事都看了互惠生“走客厅T台”录像后，没人发现跛脚。。。眼尖的家妈发现了。
当时，顾问就哭了。不知道怎么样跟这个俄罗斯小姐姐解释。好在互惠生顾问还是很聪明知道我们后续与这个家庭必定无缘。带着互惠生就走了。
这个互惠生后来自费在国内转了一圈，旅游了一个星期也回去了。想想也是，我要是这么出国做互惠生，遇到这样的事情，我连旅游都不会，直接回家！这个俄罗斯的小姐姐还这么内心强大，坚持旅游了一周才回国！真的佩服她这种“来都来了”的心情！
时光匆匆流走。曾经很多意难平也都会消解。但是顾问同事依旧会跟我说，这么多年了，每每想到那个家庭的颐指气使和拒绝的姿态，现在都会心痛！但是我会觉得，在几年后的时间线上回望当年发生的事情，我们互惠生机构也有责任，我们并没有非常仔细地审核家庭，认为是老客户介绍的就想当然认为家庭也了解互惠生项目。回想当时家庭对互惠生的挑选似乎都是在找一个完美的欧美家庭教师仆人的角色，我们为了想成单而潜意识选择了妥协。如果有机会我希望能够补偿这个来华一周的互惠生人选，让她知道真正的中国和善良的中国人心！
人都是在成长，十多年的互惠生经验成就了现在的我们，就像我们那么多的客户一样！世上哪里都是善人多啊！

We are now listening the Au Pairs talk more about their experience with the “problematic host families” they had dealt with. so far, we have collected the following list of “problems”:
-no sense or respect for the Au Pair time schedule (endless working hours)
-off-day issue
-treat Au Pair as a nanny or maid
deduction on pocket money
-no respect of the Au Pair-family contract

She is a Serbian girl who came to China for the first time. She has traveled to some European countries before. This time, she hopes to experience a completely different eastern culture. 她是一名塞尔维亚女孩，第一次来到中国。 她以前曾去过一些欧洲国家。 这一次，她希望体验完全不同的东方文化。


Q1: How’s your au pair life in Beijing? 北京的互惠生活怎么样？

Daily life in Beijing brings with him many interesting situations and experiences. Although I spend most of my time with family and child, I use my free time in the best possible way.when you are in such a big city you can always discover something new and you will not have enough time again. To my luck, there are a few people from Serbia with whom I can hang out, but I also met a lot of new friends. 北京的日常生活带来了许多有趣的情境和经历。 虽然我把大部分时间花在家庭和孩子身上，但我会以最好的方式利用我的空闲时间。当你在这样一个大城市时，你总能发现一些新的东西，你将不会再有像这样足够的时间。 幸运的是，有一些来自塞尔维亚的人我可以和他们一起出去玩，同时我也遇到了很多新朋友。



Q2: How long have you been in Beijing? 你在北京待了多久？

I have been 6 months in Beijing. 我在北京待了6个月。



Q3: Do you like this family? the reason? 你喜欢这个家庭吗？ 原因？

I couldn’t get better family and I really think that I am very lucky because all others au pairs didn’t have very nice familys like me. They are very nice and take care about me like a member of the family. They showed me a lot of interesting places and things from the begining when I was scared to somewhere alone. After few week I became familiar with city and explored by myself. They have a lot of understanding for me and trying to make me this program like a vacation.

我的家庭再好不过了，我真的觉得我很幸运，因为其他的互惠生可能没有像我这样的非常好的家庭。 他们非常好，像家庭成员一样照顾我。 当我刚来比较胆怯时，他们向我展示了许多有趣的地方和事物。 几个星期后，我开始熟悉这个城市并自己去探索。 他们很理解我，并试图让我觉得像在度假一样。



Q4: Why did you choose to be an Au Pair? Why choose China? 你为什么选择成为互惠生？ 为何选择中国？

I choose it because that was the much more easier way to visit China with not too much money.. I wanted to know more about China because of difference between Asia and Europe. Complete different language ,cultural and life style. I wanted this opportunity to know more about this country and in the same time that was a challenge for me.

我之所以选择它，是因为这是一个不需要太多钱就可以游览中国的方式。由于亚洲和欧洲之间的差异，我想更多地了解中国。 完全不同的语言，文化和生活方式。 我希望有机会更多地了解这个国家，同时也是对我的挑战。





Q5: Can you share with us, what is your favorite part in China? 你能和我们分享一下，你最喜欢中国的哪一部分？

The favourite part of China is opportunity to learn language and I think that should be more activities like calligraphy what we don’t have here.

中国最喜欢的部分是学习语言的机会，我认为这应该有更多的活动，比如书法课。



Q6: If someone is interested in being an Au Pair in China, what do you want to say to them? 如果有人有兴趣成为中国的互惠生，你想对他们说些什么？

If is it brave and really want to meet another cultural and language , in thus case Chinese, this is good opportunity to do that. And if it have luck like me to get a family like mine, will spend unfogettable time in China.

如果你勇敢并且真的想要感受另一种文化和语言，在这种情况下选择中国，这是一个很好的机会。 如果你像我一样有幸找到一个很好家庭，那么你将在中国度过难以忘怀的时光。
