One with nature 🌴 So many things unravel when you deliberately find rest. For someone who finds joy in work, I often feel guilty thinking I could be missing out on an opportunity but I’m really just being counter “productive”. My brain is strained, my focus is all over the place, I have no time for the fam, the fears are real there’s no room to find peace even in a day.

As an entrepreneur, I’m constantly relearning the art of saying no to work, rethinking my whys, fully trusting in God’s abundance and grace for what’s ahead. Truth is, the blessings we seek have already been given, we just have to believe. 🌿

All sorts of adventure — A 5-hour drive plus a 5-hour boat ride, slept on a hut, spent days with no internet, coffee on a boat were all the reasons to visit island. This trip was the perfect mix of uncertainty and wonder, action packed but restful. 😅 Sharing more (if hindi ako tamarin) but part of me really, really missed shooting while in transit 📹 thanks for the invite & !

Sometimes, I‘m surprised with how I make it through all the excitement and anxiety that goes with battling — Let alone being me on stage. 🤦🏾‍♂️ But its more than just being up there or winning or even about myself. 🧐 Its in how much this dance has given me life and I’m definite I’ll keep sharing this gift of freedom to every soul I get to dance with 😌 Thank you Abba for this ☀︎

In my search for good coffee in Tokyo, I met of Leaves Coffee Roasters — the most charismatic & funny barista I have met. Let me tell you why.
It was an instant connection when he saw I held a while prepping up a latte for a customer. He said, “oh, film camera” then pointed to his crisp looking in the counter, saying he also owns one. Eventually, I learned he was an Illustrator and did the of the cafe. Amazing, multipotentialite right? Coffe & design, uhm👌🏾
In between conversations, either he would stop to take an order or have small talks that pick up from a previous conversation he had with passers-by. To me, it felt like he was giving more than the job asked for, as if he was not bound by it. Beauty.
This is why I talk to strangers when I’m not in Manila cause despite the language barrier, I had such a pleasant exchange of laughs and stories with this guy, I’ll def be back for more coffee ☕️
