My 3rd day at El Cielo began with another walk around the El Cielo Winery & Resort property. It's so beautiful and peaceful!! 😌 I can't say enough good things about it.

We all went to breakfast at La Cocina de Doña Esthela and got to try several things from the menu - they were all delicious!! 😋 If you get a chance to go, get there early as it is very popular!

On day 2 of my trip to Valle de Guadalupe, after the vineyard and cellar tour at El Cielo Winery Valle De Guadalupe, we were treated to a fantastic chocolate and wine pairing experience! 🤩 The chocolates were specifically made to go with the wines, and they did an excellent job pairing them.

Next, we had a great lunch (with more wine, of course,) laid by the pool, got a tour of the mission (church,) and had an awesome paella dinner (with even more wine.) 😋

We ended the evening with charcuterie and s'mores (and more wine) around the fire pit. 🔥

Day 2 of my trip to Valle de Guadalupe started with a nice cup of Nespresso coffee ☕ and a walk around the stunning El Cielo resort property followed by a delicious breakfast and a presentation by our amazing hosts, Mexico Famtrips, El Cielo Winery Valle De Guadalupe, and Lomas Hospitality. Next, we got to meet a trained Harris Falcon who helps with rodent control, then we took a tour of the vineyard and cellar. 🍷🍇

I received a very warm welcome at the El Cielo Winery & Resort. 🍷 My room is beautiful and spacious, the property is gorgeous, and the weather is perfect! 😎 Our group had a fantastic lunch and an excellent dinner. No shortage of food and wine here!
