As a Travel Agent for PG's Travels, I recently took an opportunity to view the newest Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV. The FontaineBleau.

The FontaineBleau is a sanctuary of Bliss, and a great value for Las Vegas. My stay for was 3 days, 2 Nights and my room was packed with amenities that made my stay a blissful time.

One of my pet peeves is bad customer service, and with 60 floors of guest rooms, one might be concern about the customer service experience, not so at the FontaineBleau. Everyone I met from the Florist attending to the Roses in the Lobby, Desk Clerk, Spa workers, Barmen and casino cashier, where all visited and they took the time to see that my questions were addressed and that their directions were understandable. Several were ready to walk me to the areas I had questioned them about finding. That in my book is true customer service.

The food was exceptional, portions correct, tasty and served at the correct temperature. The background music and shops were pleasant. But the Pool area, was an area I wasn't expecting. Upon entering it I sensed a feeling that I had been transported into a James Bond movie set. To say the least it was awesome. And the night life at Liv was very desirable and inviting.

If you're looking for a fun great away that is reasonably priced, you should consider the Las Vegas FontaineBleau, or the other - FontaineBleau Miami. for an experience that is timeless and memorable.
