The Longeville Beach House offers stunning contemporary self catering accommodation in Western France, with enough room to sleep up to 10 people.

Upside-down living accommodation with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. First floor reception rooms benefit from lovely views through the pines and dunes out towards the Ile de Re. Our accommodation offers:

4 Bedrooms - all on ground floor
Bedroom 1: 20 sq metres – king size double or two singles(zip&link)
Bedroom 2: 20 sq metres – Double bed (2 single beds zip and link for a do

uble)
Bedroom 3: 17 sq metres –2 single beds(zip and link for a double)
Bedroom 4: 17 sq metres –2 single beds with additional two singles

2 Bathrooms
Bathroom 1- walk in shower, double basin and WC
Bathroom 2- shower, bath, basin and WC

Entrance Hall: This magnificent open space welcomes you with a splendid oak/glass staircase leading to the first floor. The sense of light and space is enhanced by the floor to ceiling glass windows. All the ground floor is fully tiled with natural stone, keeping the space cool. To the right and left are the bedrooms and upstairs to the open plan living areas

Kitchen: The well equipped kitchen works excellently for a family or group of friends. American style fridge/freezer, hob/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, all kitchen and BBQ utensils

Sitting Area: Part of the landing area and next to the kitchen this 14 sq metre room is bright and airy. Armchairs and coffee table with two bar stools provide a great spot to relax. East Living Room: The entire first floor has natural stone tiles, high vaulted ceilings, and numerous windows which give a sense of cool spaciousness. The East room is 25 sq metres, with a luxurious leather sofa to enjoy the satellite TV, DVD, Bose docking sound system and WiFi internet. Go via the glass doors onto the veranda to sample the early morning sun and enjoy the roof garden. There is a table and chairs to relax and take your breakfast in the sun

West Living/Dining Room The West room is a very spacious 27sq metres. A beautiful sitting room with two facing leather sofas to watch the glorious sunsets or just move out onto the veranda for a closer view! There is a dining table which can be oblong or square with seating up to ten. Utility/Garage: Jump in the outside shower or wash and hang out all those sandy towels in this useful downstairs area. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink & large storage cupboard. WC
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid/chef service:
Bed linen as well as bath, pool and hand towels are supplied and beds are made up ready for your arrival for each guest named on the booking form. The house is cleaned the day you arrive and the day of departure. If you would like the linen changed or extra cleaning days it can be arranged locally through the cleaner, with 3 hrs minimum @€20 per hour. It is possible to arrange a local chef but has to be booked well in advance.

The Longeville Beach House is situated amongst the pines and dunes on a sandy lane leading to Bouil Plage just 75 metres from the beach. Although the address is Longeville sur Mer it is 2 kms from the town and really situated in Bouil. The villages of Le Rocher, Les Conches and La Tranche are a few kms to the south and St Vincent sur Jard and Jard sur Mer to the north. Visit these stunning places and use our holiday home as your base.
