The specialty of our machine is the basic design which make Drilling & Tapping, cutting / milling operations. The general tolerance achievable is 50 micron ( 0.05 mm ) and the production rate is much higher, reducing the machining cost
of the component. The tooling and fixture install is very simple which can be set by any new operator with minimum skill.

Any tooling & fixtures required additionally for any other component can be offered at very nominal charge
