Options for Reaching Out to PAL
Our contact center and ticket offices are receiving higher-than-normal requests due to the flight cancellations caused by the closure of some airports in the Philippines because of Typhoon Paeng. To keep our customer care hotline and ticket offices free of congestion so we can assist passengers with urgent concerns, please refer to the following reminders:
1. To check the status of your flight, you can go to https://bit.ly/PAL-Flight-Status. Flight status is updated in real-time.
2. For new bookings, please use our website https://www.philippineairlines.com
3. Please use the Manage Booking facility on our website for voluntary rebooking or for those not affected by flight cancellations. You can go to https://bit.ly/PAL-Manage-Booking.
4. If your flight was affected by the cancellation and you wish to refund your ticket or convert your ticket to a travel credit – please use the MyPAL request hub on our website to submit the request. You can go to https://bit.ly/PAL-MPRH.
