Options for Reaching Out to PAL

Our contact center and ticket offices are receiving higher-than-normal requests due to the flight cancellations caused by the closure of some airports in the Philippines because of Typhoon Paeng. To keep our customer care hotline and ticket offices free of congestion so we can assist passengers with urgent concerns, please refer to the following reminders:

1. To check the status of your flight, you can go to https://bit.ly/PAL-Flight-Status. Flight status is updated in real-time.

2. For new bookings, please use our website https://www.philippineairlines.com

3. Please use the Manage Booking facility on our website for voluntary rebooking or for those not affected by flight cancellations. You can go to https://bit.ly/PAL-Manage-Booking.

4. If your flight was affected by the cancellation and you wish to refund your ticket or convert your ticket to a travel credit – please use the MyPAL request hub on our website to submit the request. You can go to https://bit.ly/PAL-MPRH.

5. For rebooking requests affected by flight cancellations, you can go to the Manage Booking option on our website and select Flight Disruption to rebook your flight without additional charges. You can go to https://bit.ly/PAL-Self-Reac.

This option is not available to flights without reprotection or those passengers on checked-in status when the cancellation was triggered. Please use our non-voice channels below for assistance.

7. Our non-voice channels, such as Viber, WhatsApp, web chat, and Facebook messenger, are available to help you with your concern. The current wait time for our chat customer care agents to reply is longer than usual, but we will make sure to take care of your concern within the day.

PAL Advisory: Cebu Runway Overshoot

The runway at Mactan Cebu airport (CEB) is closed due to a disabled aircraft of a foreign airline that is obstructing the runway after a landing incident which occurred late Sunday evening.

Flights are unable to take off and land until clearing operations are completed.

Effective February 1, 2022, fully vaccinated tourists are no longer required to submit a negative RT-PCR result to visit Boracay.

All arriving international passengers in Manila, Davao, Clark, Subic, Bohol, and Laoag must register to the Bureau of Quarantine’s One Health Pass (OHP) at https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC. Present your QR code upon check-in and arrival.

OHP registration will be required for all international arrivals in Cebu starting November 26, 2021.

Register within 24 hours before your flight. Simply click “Yes” when asked “Are your currently at the Airport of Departure or are you Departing today for the Philippines?”
