This year I was lucky enough to attend all 4 Epcot festivals. Festival of the Arts in January, Flower and Garden in April and June, Food and Wine in September and October, and Festival of the Holidays in December. Epcot is my favorite park and it was so special to see all 4 festivals within the same year.

One of my favorite new items available at Tamu Tamu Refreshments in Animal Kingdom combines two of my favorite things - pineapple hard cider and pineapple dole whip!

As you can tell, the dole whip settles into the cider quickly and makes the drink overflow so my advice is start sipping as soon as they hand it to you!

Is Soarin one of your favorite rides but you just hate when the Eiffel Tower is curved? Pro tip: when you get to the cast member who will assign you a seat, politely request waiting for B section (I prefer B1). It’ll be an extra few min, but well worth it!!!!

Looking for a delicious and hearty me in the Magic Kingdom? Look no further! For $39, you can have all you can enjoy salad, rolls, turkey, pot roast, pork, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, gravy, cranberry sauce, soft drinks, and oooey gooey toffee cake with ice cream. I will definitely be back soon!!

On my trip last week I did so many things, but here were some of my favorite “new” things:

1. Finding magic in rides I hadn’t ridden since I was a kid…like the speedway!
2. Trying a new to me restaurant at liberty tree tavern!
3. Going at a slower speed and not rushing around.
4. Taking breaks at my resort, I’m usually very go go go and it was nice to rest a bit!

In case you haven’t heard the news....Festival of the Lion King has reopened in Animal Kingdom! And while my beloved tumble monkeys are not back yet, my hope remains alive for them to join us again soon! Until then, enjoy one of my many videos of them! I can’t seem to watch this show without pulling out my camera!

Ever since the Skyliner opened, it has been my favorite form of Disney Transportation! I always prefer to stay in a Skyliner resort! Have you ridden it?

Slinky Dog Dash: my favorite coaster on property! It is fun, kid-friendly, and awesomely themed!

Sound on for ultimate beach relaxation vibes. Dreaming of going back to this beautiful island.
