A little weekend vintage haul! Finally getting out of the house since my ankle surgery, and went to Kensington Market to have some fun🥰. We found the coolest Snoopy embroidered Army bag and tried on some vintage tees. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend! My stitches come out this week! Yay! 💕😘

We’re walking around in our chic sleeping bag jackets! It’s freezing outside 🥶 and we’re keeping super warm in our upcycled sleeping bags from the 90’s! Each jacket is made with two sleeping bags and these jackets are made by .atelier They’re handmade with so much love and we’re totally obsessed!! She does customs as well as monthly drops! ❤️💕Yay! Today is World AIDS Day!❤️ It was truly an unbelievable night at Bloor Street Entertains! We raised over 1.5 million dollars (and counting)! It was such a chic and impactful evening of dinner and dancing to We’re so proud to be on the committee! Thank you to our gorgeous sis and Robert for an amazing night at We had the best night with you! 🩷 1 in 4 Canadians living with are not on treatment and is on the rise in Canada. That’s why events like Bloor Street Entertains is so important. We wanted to thank all of the ambassadors, people who gave their time, donors, venues, culinary teams, photographers, designers, florists and sponsors for making this one of Canada’s most unforgettable nights of the year! 💫🎉 This celebration will create life saving medication and new testing centres. Together with we’re raising awareness and supporting one another learning about 💕 The room was filled with inspiring, strong women lifting each other up. Growing up we wanted to be 💕 We remember when we were applying to Universities, and we were like…what classes do we take? Is it even possible!!! She is the COOOLEST! She was fearless on Fashion Television, took no prisoners and embodied fashion in this way that made it accessible to everyone! She is our hero and we are sooo proud to call her our amazing friend and mentor! Our Jeanne…fashion icon, and true entrepreneur…We are always in awe of you. 💫 Jeanne just launched her newest book “Heart on My Sleeve” and we couldn’t wait to celebrate her book launch with her. We’ve been friends for almost 30 years and she is filled with so much love and light. We went to the legendary rock n’roll club in where Jeanne read us all a chapter from her book and did a book signing too. Jeanne, you’re a total visionary, trail blazer and we’re so lucky to have you as our friend🩷 We lovvvve u Jeanne! Congrats on your new book! It’s fabbbbbbbulous!

We went to the newly opened Museum of Contemporary Art in and were sooooo blown away how it was curated with video, sculptures and paintings! The main floor is so welcoming with colourful, beautiful, large scale paintings by Michael Nicoll Yahgulanaas Our favourite pieces are the video installations by He loves pop culture, television and does a twist on it, by dressing up as different iconic characters. Like Bugs Bunny singing on the moon and Bart Simpson on a skate board… d’oh! 🛹 The other artist we love is who combines technology (old computer chips) and body parts together in to huge paintings. We had a fab time hanging with our Mama bear and it’s an amazing place to stop by to be inspired💫. We then had some delicious tea and cake at the cafe. 🍵🍰

Everyone remembers where they were, when 9/11 happened. Back in 2001, we were 20 blocks away when we saw the twin towers burning. We were only 21 years old and living in New York. It was one of the most frightening times in our lives. It was through acts of kindness and a gruelling three days of travel that got us out of New York and back to Toronto with our family. During that time, 38 airplanes that were currently in the air all got re-routed to Canada with 38 airplanes landing in the small town of Gander, Newfoundland. 7000 people landed in this tiny town and through generosity and in times of need, this town took all of the passengers in to their homes and welcomed them with open arms! This musical “Come From Away” is a true story about the passengers experiences about being stranded and how the town Gander made them feel at home. Their stories are remarkable and are about hope, kindness and friendships. This was one of the best musicals we have ever seen! We loved it! Defn’ catch it while u can!
