2025 house update! 🏡 It’s gonna be finished this year! 🎇 Yay! But we have lighting question and need your opinion. The dilemma is the first arch in the front isn’t supposed to be wired to light up, and it accidentally got wired. The three arches in the back are wired to light up. So… do we take out the wiring in the first arch like the original plan? Is it too much and not needed? We think it might be a bit chicer to just have the three arches light up in the back and and not have the first one light up. But now we are all confused lol! What are your thoughts? That’s how you decorate a tree…with vintage cereal boxes! 💕🎄 (My fav’ is the Chris O’Donnell as Robin in Batman Forever cereal box) It totally makes sense because we went to the Kellogg building! Some of your fav’ cereals were made in this building! @100kellogg They produced Kellogg Frosted Flakes and other iconic cereals (fruit loops!) since 1905, in London, Ontario. They stopped producing cereal there in 2016, and converted it to an amazing (and biggest) indoor adventure park in Canada. We heard they had a Merry Market pop up too and had to check it out! Old sauna vs. new sauna 🧖🏼♀️ Our old sauna was built in the 70’s and needed some tlc. It had rickety benches and it wasn’t big enough to lie down on. It also wasn’t insulated properly. So we insulated it and used new cedar to build some benches that wrap around the corners to fit more people. It’s also going to have some cove lighting too! A little home reno update! 🏠 The strip lighting is going in the arches for them to light up! We’re finding new ways and solutions on how to finish the white oak wood in the kitchen under the curve and the sauna insulation is going in! It’s really coming along!
