Villetta / Matakana is only minutes away from this wide spread, white sandy beach.
Being school holidays, it is so lovely seeing the families out enjoying time together (amongst the fresh air)!

Hence our bedding is from Seneca with gorgeous Egyptian cotton sheets, feather lodge pillows on a sumptuous mattress (King size brand new sleepyhead beds).

The Villetta Kitchen has been fully renovated + equipped with everything one needs in a kitchen.

From WMF pans. to crystal wine glass, wooden chopping boards for that possible cheese platter, our very own Organic Olive Oil and so much more.

The Villetta is a perfect place to rest, restore and revive, hence if you need to get away from it all we are that perfect spot.

If you wish to come and experience all the magical things Matakana has to offer, we are just minutes away. Hence we are that perfect place to pop back to rest up before adventuring and exploring more.

Autumn is here and the sun is still@shining with our land as abundant as always!

We are so grateful and thankful for the incredible organic produce available on our land which we are able to share with our guests

We have just picked a further 22.5 liters of our own organic olive oil / such an addictive process!!!

Our Permissions are unbelievably delicious

We are all converted in our family (as not previously being a fan), we can now say we are!!

Moving into winter has never felt so exciting as our grapefruit are growing as are all our citrus!

We seem to have something to offer every season from our garden to share with our guests all year round

Something rather special about that

What an addictive process harvesting your own organic olives has been.
We have always had a foot in Italy leaving our heart back there many years ago.
Now owning our own property and harvesting our own olive oil has been an incredible experience and a little bit of a dream come true.

Thank you very much Deirdre and Ray for your incredible support.
It has been such a great fun experience sharing this with you both.

FROM WHAT WAS / TO WHAT IS ... with more to come ...

we are still amazed what can be achieved in such a short amount of time.

We are 100% loving our new world - new beginnings - new adventures and new learnings.

With our working bee just around the corner we are super excited to have more of our dream coming to life.

This week we are harvesting our ORGANIC olives, replanting a new garden, cutting down trees and creating even more deliciousness from our organic garden.

Easter can be an opportunity to catch up with family and friends.

We have been very spoilt this Easter weekend, hosting lovely guests in the Villetta and enjoying beautiful friends in our own home.

garden has been offering us an abundance of produce to share with everyone who stays and visits us.

this week we have had some extra produce which we have been able to share with our guests which are mushrooms, persimmons, guavas and feijoa's.
All from our organic garden.

It is a very special thing to be able to share these delights with our guests and offer our own homegrown goodie bags for our guests to take away with them.
