Looking for our next amazing cleaner to help us out at our Sunshine Coast retreat and BNB villas.
Located on a beautiful 15 acre property with rainforest all around.

Approximately 5 hours / week to start with. For the right person this could easily double or more.
As we get busier we will have 1-3 days /week (probably not for a month or 2)

The retreat specialises in the wellness, lifestyle & spirituality space, with Fasting retreats, sound healing & breathwork events, Meditation getaways and a lot more. So there could be an opportunity to be involved in some of this down the track if it is of interest.

Looking for an enthusiastic & motivated cleaner to join our small tight-nit team for a professional local short stay accommodation company.

We already have some amazing people on our team, who are committed to the vision of providing beautiful, clean and welcoming spaces for our guests to enjoy their stay.

The company was started in 2017 and is run by a local entrepreneurial couple looking to scale up and provide Brisbane with Immaculately clean and Incredible Short Stay Accommodation Experiences by going over and above to ensure the guest has an exceptional stay. We strive to excel expectations by providing Eco Friendly, Organic products and other personal touches, not to mention the 24hr personal service when needed.

The person we are looking for will have a passion to support a local & ethical business. Excelllent Cleaning experience with reviews and/or references. An eye for detail & making spaces look exceptionally clean, modern and sparkling. Urgency and thoughtfulness is a must, as you only have a relatively short window to do a change over clean before the next guest checks in.

Tasks during clean include:

- A full inspection and wipe over of apartment

- The following of a Checklist and APP

- Bed Linen change over

- Redress beds, couches, tables with staging/styling items

- Ensure consumables are restocked in bathrooms & kitchens

- Scrubbing of bathrooms and kitchens

- Communicate with the team and a report completed at the end of each clean

- Inspection upon arrival ensuring nothing is damaged or needs replacing within the apartment.

You will receive a full induction with complete checklists to follow so that you are fully equipped

We are't just looking for a cleaning contractor who comes in and out and ticks off the cleaning list... Could be perfect for parents that are looking for extra income during school hours.

MUST HAVES :

- It is necessary to have availability for mostly 7 days/week between 10am - 3pm as this is the change over times.

- ABN number and can invoice weekly

- Car preferred not essential

To start with there is no guarantee of No. of cleans per week. We need someone with the capacity to do 5-10 cleans / week.

All apartments have a fixed $$ rate and there is opportunity to earn extra with other jobs. Opportunity to earn between $300 - $600 +/week

Looking for someone willing to work part time, cleaning luxury apartments in Brisbane’s CBD and South Brisbane.
The person we are looking for needs to have an exceptional eye for detail.We provide 5 star accommodation for short term stays and need a cleaner that will provide this service for every clean.

There is a set timeframe on each apartment turnaround, and therefore the applicant must have great time management skills.No one clean is the same, and therefore the ability to be flexible and prioritise is paramount in this job.
The position requires some weekend work and availability throughout holiday periods.Jobs are allocated between 10am and 3pm each day.
