We would like to introduce you to ✨Lindsey Donovan✨!

Her travel motto: The core memories we make are rarely the ones we plan; they’re the ones that happen to us along the way that stick with us forever.

Lindsey has no limit to the reasons why travel has her heart. It probably started with experiencing life through the eyes of her three kids.

Disney World quickly became a home away from home while she lived in Florida, and continued to feel like home even as she relocated to Tennessee with her family. Disney solidified a place in her heart when her son crossed the finish line, hand in hand, with Mickey Mouse at his first RunDisney event in 2016 (even when she thought they had arrived too late and missed it... those magical memories can’t be beat). She loves combining her love of being active with her passion for Disney, and her personal goal is to run a race at every RunDisney World Weekend. Only the Princess Weekend remains!

In addition to Disney World and Disneyland, she’s frequented Universal Studios Orlando and loves the variety that this resort and thrilling theme parks add to a vacation experience. Through many, MANY, trips to these destinations, she’s taken her desire for efficiency and applied it to creating itineraries and daily planning to maximize experiences. Her goal is to minimize the waits whenever possible, and help plan for alternative options when itineraries need to be adjusted based on the weather or other factors when traveling. She’s experienced quite a few unplanned changes over the years and has learned that the unexpected has more often than not lead to some of the most memorable moments! She can’t wait to help her clients enjoy their vacations and would love to help you get started.

THANK YOU, , from our A Mouse and A Beach crew!

October is a very busy time of travel for our agency (shout out to our awesome clients!!) and we recently had several advisors and AMAAB families in Orlando during Hurricane Milton.

While an approaching hurricane is never easy, and the stressors and ‘what if’ scenarios were rampant, we remain impressed by Disney overall. They magically handled the situation as best as they could while ensuring the safety and provisions for thousands of visitors and cast members.

Both kids and adults felt seen and secure, entertained, and cared for in different ways.
The youngest fans met characters and did crafts while the adults were able to stock up on necessities as needed and have a plan in place.

LIVE! From Disney’s Vero Beach! It’s our first day of sunshine (👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼) and we survived our first hurricane and string of tornadoes prior to the storm hitting. Thankful for blue skies! 😳😮‍💨 The cast members at Vero Beach were absolutely fabulous and the team who volunteered to stay through the storm made us comfortable and took care of everyone. Thankful to be on the other side and love walking around this gorgeous resort. ✨💙✨

While traveling from Vienna back to Munich, our incredible driver took us on an unplanned pit stop in order to see the largest castle in Germany. I know it’s big. Calling All Superhero Fans!! Did you know both coasts have the Marvel Universe represented in some SUPER cool ways?! At @Disneyland’s California Adventure Park there are plenty of heroes roaming around that you can meet! Food options for the biggest (or smallest) Antman fan and even an incredible SpiderMan stunt show that is a real neighborhood pleaser. Guests will also notice creative nods to the backstories of the Marvel Universe that only Disney Imagineers can capture so well. But wait! There is more… let’s not forget about the attractions!! Currently the Avengers Campus has Webslingers (where you can help defeat cyberbugs with Spidey) and also Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout (where you let gravity take control and freefall to your escape - our personal favorite). Plus, with the expansion that was just announced at D23, there will be TWO more attractions coming soon! Over at @UniversalOrlando’s Islands of Adventure they have a whole area called Marvel Superhero Island. This section of the park is filled with all the Marvel characters you know plus some other fun hero appearances inspired by the classic comic books you love! There are 3 rides that are as equally thrilling as they are themed! Dr. Doom’s Fearfall makes you lose your stomach more than once with intense dropping. The Amazing Spider-Man Adventures allow you to go inside the story as Peter Parker navigates how to be Spidey. And for all you coaster fans, The Incredible Hulk will surely bring the adrenaline from the start! Feel the rush of the Gamma Rays as you become the Hulk and race at 67 miles per hour… even testing out zero gravity. Marvel Superhero Island isn’t just about the thrills… there are also shops, an Arcade, and even life size billboards of fan favorite like Wolverine from X-Men! Our Story

A Mouse and A Beach Travel Co. was founded by a husband and wife team based on their love of quality family time, traveling the world, and an obsessive need to plan out the journey.

As their family grew from two to five, they looked at traveling differently and began incorporating ways that each member could enjoy the experience.

Having visited 5 continents, over 20 countries, and hundreds of destinations combined, it only made sense to base their business around their love for experiencing new cultures and foods. In addition to creating itineraries for their own trips, Mary and Dave started providing assistance to friends and family with their upcoming vacations over ten years ago. What started as a fun aside quickly became a passion for helping others experience trips of a lifetime. They specialize in ALL things Disney and Universal Studios Orlando.

A Mouse and A Beach Travel Co. will give a portion of its commission to two local ministries in Knoxville, TN. We offer our clients the ability to choose which ministry they would like to associate with their travel or we will automatically divide equally among both. Thank you for helping us help others.
