Tomorrow (Sunday) will be your last chance to sample our lovely breakfasts and seafood until 30th November.
We are closing to do some renovations including adding a toilet and solar panels. All very exciting.
The addition of the loo also means that we will be able to take private hire bookings for the evenings.

Thank you to everyone who has visited this season, it's been a really lovely year with so many happy customers.

⚠️ Coasthoppper CH1 and 405
Weybourne Closure (11/11/2024 to 26/11/2024)

Due to a closure on the A149 at Weybourne there is significant disruption to Coasthopper CH1 and school bus 405.

All Coasthopper CH1 buses will serve Cromer-Sheringham as normal then divert straight to Salthouse (Dunn Cow) to re-join full route to Wells-next-the-Sea. We cannot serve Sheringham Golf Club and The Reef, Weybourne, Mucklebugh Collection, Weynor Gardens, Kelling, Salthouse Cross Street and Salthouse Green. Please note that we are unable to stop to drop off/pick up on this diversion.

In Salthouse though we cannot quite get to the bus stops before turning off on diversion, our drivers will be happy to pick you up on the grass triangle and outside the Dunn Cow pub.

For Weybourne, a minibus will operate a small number of journeys Monday to Friday only during the closure. These are intended to provide essential journeys into Sheringham, connecting with the main CH1 bus for onward travel to/from Cromer. The minibus will be waiting at Station Approach in Sheringham for the last two buses back to Weybourne for those who use Coasthopper for their journeys to work and college. The timetable is below. Normal bus fares will apply.

For students who travel with us on 405 and on the 07:28 CH1 from Wells-next-the-Sea, you will either be picked up by the main bus or a separate minibus. In the morning the minibus will be picking up Weybourne for Sheringham High (CH1), then Weybourne for Kelling Primary (405). In the afternoon, the minibus will pick up Sheringham High students for Weybourne and Kelling and Kelling Pirmary students for Salthouse and Weybourne. Sheringham High students for Salthouse in the afternoon will board the main bus.

We appreciate that for many this disruption will be very inconvenient and for that we offer our sincerest apologies. Our drivers will do their best for the next two and half weeks, but are having to follow a very long and challenging diversion. They will be with you as soon as they can.

This will then run throughout the winter.

Breakfast will be served 9am until 11.45am.
Sunday lunch served 12pm until 3pm.
Closing at 3pm.

🍂 Autumn ambles, sunset strolls and winter wanders…

Coasthopper CH1 runs to a Winter Timetable from Friday 1st November 2024.

There’s still plenty of buses through the day so that you can hop between beaches, cosy up in a cafe or stop for a pint in the pub.
