Whether it’s budgie smugglers 🩲 or hiking boots 🥾 Bonza has you covered with our new route connecting the Sunshine Coast to Launceston! 🙌

Both locations are unique Aussie gems and we’re stoked to be the first airline to connect the Sunny Coast to Tassie 🛫

Taking off from the 29th of March, the route will operate twice a week on Mondays and Fridays starting at just $89 per person (one way).

Bonza’s purple fleet (Shazza, Bazza and Sheila) will soon be joined by our fourth aircraft which will call Melbourne Airport home. This very special aircraft is already known as 'Malc' amongst the Bonza legends.

Malc has a special place in our hearts as it is named after a wonderful team mate who, devastatingly, passed away recently.

Malcolm Handley will forever be in the aviation history books and embodied passion, loyalty and leadership. We send love and condolences to his family and friends.

This aircraft will soon take to the skies to help Aussies make new memories - and we know that this would have made Malc beyond happy.

Sheila has touched down in North Queensland for the first time ✈️

We received a very warm Townsville welcome this morning as the first customer flight from the Sunshine Coast landed. Today marks our first route to launch and on Friday, we'll fly between Townsville and Rockhampton for the very first time.

Later this week when our Melbourne base goes on sale, the people of Townsville can also book flights directly to Toowoomba Wellcamp.

So pack your cozzies Aussies and get out to explore your own backyard! 👍
