The first of our THREE, brand new Flight Simulators is now up and running with the other two about to go live shortly.

We’ll initially be running the new Xplane 12, plus installing Digital Combat Simulator; then later in the year, the amazing MS Flight Simulator 2024 too, all networked together and paired with our state-of-the-art 1Gb Fibre Broadband by . The start of many exciting new era things to come for the UAS!

If you’re a UAS member, come down and try it; if you’re a non-member, make sure to Book a Tour via our website and enjoy our FlightSim as part of your Tour!

We’ll also be looking to build a new Volunteer FlightSim Team soon to back up our FlightSim Co-Ordinator John McIntyre, thus if you know somebody who’d like to volunteer for this new team let us know…

This Business was birthed out of Love for my Father. A lasting Legacy, and Project of Love and Healing over the last 2 years - Rose Cottage was born...

My First holiday home to open its Doors this week is a property that has been in our family 20 years, and in the latter years is where I nursed my Dad through his Dementia until he needed expert help and then passed in August of 2016.

The last 2 years of renovating this small home has given me great comfort and healing, coming towards the finish of the renovation I had no idea what I wanted to do with the property accept I knew it could never be sold. I also knew that if I was to keep it i would need financial help to be able to obtain the upkeep and yet I wanted people to look after and enjoy the wee property as much as I do... As i thought and prayed over my ideas i began to notice the local council LCCC promoting tourism and and need of holiday accomodation to coincide with the opening of the official residence of the Queen in Northern Ireland - Hillsborough Castle ... So being only 3 mile down to road on the local bus route i decided this would be the perfect solution to my problem ... People from all around the world could come to Northern Ireland Enjoy the beauty that I see every day and stay in my beautiful family home and help me keep it and be able to enjoy it also.

Rose Cottage Will officially open this week welcoming my first visitors - retired pensioners all the way from alicante Spain to Northern Ireland to visit family.
