Near the Itsukushima Shrine, we decided to stop to have lunch in a restaurant I cannot remember the name (I'll look for it and update here later - sorry!) and it was like this - delicious! I'm suspect to say that as I'm addicted to Japanese food 😍 • Perto do Itsukushima Shrine, decidimos parar para almoçar em um restaurante que não lembro o nome (vou procurar e atualizar aqui depois - sorry!) e era assim - muito gostoso! This is the Hot Water Beach in Hahei, where people come with their spades to dig spa pools in the sand. Just be cautious not to dig too close to these signs as the water there is really boiling! Ah you can also rent a spade over there! 😁 • Esta é a Praia de Água Quente em Hahei, onde pessoas trazem suas pás para cavar piscinas na areia. Apenas tome cuidado para não cavar muito perto destes avisos já que a água ali é fervente! Ah, você também pode alugar uma pá ali mesmo! 😁

📍The first hand-writing in my Goshuinchou notebook 💛, in Kyoto, Japan 🇯🇵The Japanese temple red-stamp notebook is a small book that you can bring to the thousands of shrines and temples around Japan. It is called the "Goshuinchou". Its literal translation is the "Honorable red-stamp notebook". With a name like that, it actually makes stamp collecting sound awesome. Upon your first visit to a temple in Japan, you can buy a notebook and the monk uses black ink to hand-write the name and date using traditional Japanese calligraphy. Afterwards he stamps your book with a large red stamp that is unique to that specific temple. It usually costs 300 yens. It was a very special souvenir that I brought from Japan and I hope that in the future I can come back to a new visit in Japan and follow collecting these stamps from the temples.
