Since my Airbnb, Green Door on Lake Avalon, has been doubling as a space to offer my esthetics services, I have decided to combine all the esthetics services and great products of The Carriage Trade with my boutique getaway packages at the Green Door, as well as my wedding officiation services, all behind one door: the Green Door and More!

Did you know that winter is the best time to have a chemical peel? These short, cloudy days are good for something after all--letting your skin regenerate after a peel, without worrying about getting too much sun too soon! My two favorite benefits to doing a chemical peel:
~ Lightening hyperpigmentation
~ Deep exfoliation to reveal newer, glowing skin

My answers to the most common myths about chemical peels:
~ You are not going to peel like a snake. (Some peels for very specific purposes do that, but not the ones I usually offer.)
~ Peels should never hurt; they should only "stingle."
~ You don't have to have an aggressive peel to get good results. Doing gentle peels regularly can get you the same results, without the long down time of recovering from an aggressive peel.

How many of you hate moving? I really do not like moving at all...

After 5 wonderful years, The Carriage Trade - Skincare by Michelle has moved out of the fantastic green building on Oldham Drive. Until I find a new location, I will be doing product orders locally by request. Message me for any questions.
