The March 30th Spring Cruise Mini Trade Show has been CANCELLED due to the current circumstances. We hope to reschedule at a later date. If you pre-paid for the Show, you will be issued a refund.

The Spring Cruise Mini Trade Show will be featuring 4 cruise lines. Carnival, Holland America, Seabourn and AmaWaterways. AmaWaterways features excellent itineraries on fantastic ships. Come hear the updates from our BDM, Kathy Brock. Join us on March 30th. The event starts at 11 AM and will be held at LeMeridien Atlanta Perimeter. Lunch will be served. Free parking.

The Greater Atlanta ASTA Chapter held their first meeting of the new year on January 28, 2019 at LeMeridien Perimeter Atlanta with 26 members, guests and suppliers.
Jim Smith with Special Needs Group taught the course on Accessible Travel after which the members took the quiz and earned their certification as an Accessible Travel Advisor.
Sean Crosby with TravelEx Insurance Services presented a most informative power point presentation.
Next chapter meeting is March 25, 2019.

The Greater Atlanta ASTA Chapter held their Holiday Event in December 10, 2018 at LeMeridien Perimeter Atlanta with 38 members & guests attending. Each person donated a new toy for a boy or girl to Toys for Tots. The Atlanta ASTA Board was recognized for their service in 2018. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2019 from the Atlanta Chapter.

We had a great meeting today at the Hilton Garden Inn. Two fantastic speakers came to see us, Penny Paxton of NCL and Alan Baker of Seabourn. They are pictured with our Director, Judy Duke. Also, we had our resident tech expert, Amy Balbirer Windham, give us some great tips about 4 apps she recommends.

The Atlanta NACTA chapter held their meeting on January 29th, 2018 at Le Meridien with 26 members and guests attending.

Suppliers included Emerald Waterways, Scenic Luxury Cruises, and Travel Research Online.

Our next chapter meeting will be March 27th, 2018.

We had a great meeting today with speakers, Linda Gruneklee, with Scenic and Emerald River cruise lines and Ryan Earls, with Voyager Websites and Travel Research Online. The attendance was 25 enthusiastic attendees. There were many questions and comments for our two speakers. Our meeting was at the Le Meridian Hotel in the North Atlanta area. It is a great facility and the lunch was very good, too.

Here are a few pictures of our Holiday brunch that was held today at the Hilton Garden Inn. Laura Heidt, from Travelex, presented today. The proceeds from the meeting and a raffle for Norman Rockwell magazine cover will go to the hurricane relief fund for Puerto Rico.

Judy Duke, our Director, presided over 22 people. Rosa Bland was the winner of the raffle. The donor of the artwork was Myrna Cohen, pictured with both Judy and Rosa

We had a great meeting today and had 30 people in attendance. Our speakers were Lucy Owens from Holland America and Debra Levinson from Italy Connoissuers. Their information will be a big help to all of us! Thanks to all who attended and we are sorry that the rest of our members were not able to join us. Also, our very own, Amy Windham, spoke on technology tips and brought our future NACTA member, her daughter, Ryker. Judy Duke, our Director, led a great meeting as always.

We had a great meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn today. Our speakers were AnnaBelle Romero from Palace Resorts and Amy Windham, our resident technology expert. We learned a lot about Palace Resorts and how to increase our sales through better social media tools. Yesterday, we had our Chapter meeting at the Hyatt/Villa Christina. The attendance was 29 for lunch and presentations by Monika Pasquerello, the BDM for Princess Cruises and Cunard; James Reese,the BDM for Apple Vacations and Amy Windham, the Chapter's Technology expert. They were all great!
