Lumphanan Ladies Netball Group We are a Ladies Netball Group who meet on a Wednesday evening at 7.30, on the all-weather surface in Lumphanan. We welcome beginners and new faces!

We are a Ladies Netball Group who meet on a Wednesday evening at 7.30pm, on the all-weather surface in Lumphanan. This is weather dependant - if a session is cancelled due to bad weather, then it will be posted on the page with at least an hours notice. Our members are ladies over 16 years old - there is no upper age limit! We welcome beginners and new faces - we are a (very) mixed ability group. No uniform needed, bibs provided - bring £1, a bottle of water and a sense of humor ;)

Practice is going ahead tonight at 7.30pm - its a bit cold, but still dry. Bring a hoodie and a sense of humour ;)

A lot of sore ladies in the morning - brilliant practice which ran 25 minutes over - we were having so much fun we forgot the time! Finished off with a "walking game" - no running allowed. Hilarious :)

Its a scorcher! Looks like it will be dry and hopefully warm for tonight's practice - hope to see lots of faces, old and new :)

Still a bit of a mizzle here in Lumphanan, but we are going for it tonight! Bring your hoodie - and if the court is too slippy we are going to practice hammering those hoops! ;)

Here's hoping the weather is dry for tonight! Slight drizzle right now, but we will post an update at about 7pm to confirm whether we are going ahead tonight.

In other news, we are a team mate down tonight, due to injury! So any new starts would be PARTICULARLY welcome tonight ;)
