FYI - Level 4 in Hubei Province, please if you do not have a Travel Agent. Please get a Travel Agent you can trust, it is important, they will keep you informed with important information like this when traveling. If not, make sure you sign up with STEP (https://step.state.gov/), Smart Traveler Enrollment Program, this will inform you of information like this!!! Luckily I do not have anyone traveling to China.
