Aquanatal classes are a fitness maintaining, low impact antenatal exercise class in water. Class includes 30-40 minute pool session followed by a dry land relaxation component. Aquanatal is an enjoyable and safe form of exercise to participate in during your pregnancy. O

"Early admission to hospital (in latent phase) has long been recognised as a risk factor for subsequent labor abnormality and intervention (Bailit 2005) including prolonged labour, more need for analgesia, increased rate of caesarean section, increased PPH and postpartum hospital stay (Janna 2013)." So moral of the story stay at home for as long as you can :)

It's that time again ... here my bump 2010! What's your bump looking like this halloween? ?
Not that home births are the be all and end all (although they do ROCK) I though I would share a brief description of mine :)
Love this .. however forget the cup of tea I had a glass of bubbly in hand :):) and some warm toast, which is not on offer that much anymore in hospitals... Also my mum and dad visited straight away without any hospital rules stopping them!! (Although, I do believe my dad was dragged out of bed by my mum and made to walk shin deep in snow right enough, dec 2010) .. great experience all round x x p.s good first nights sleep in my own bed ... followed by hannah and melissa climbing into bed in the morning with their new baby brother .... bliss!
