Ultimately, YOUR VACATION is in the hands of the HOSTS of your rental property—

not Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Hotels.com, Booking.com, or anywhere else you may have used to reserve your stay. Those services are merely “middle-men” brokerages, helping vacation home renters FIND the home they wish to enjoy.

But in this case, and it has happened before, VRBO messed up her reservation, and it was left to us as owners to help this sweet guest make sure that her vacation was everything she had dreamed it would be.

And that, my friends, is why you book with the BEST OF THE BEST when you reserve with any loading platform. We have 10/10 ratings from hundreds of guests on VRBO!!! Yup, literally 10 of 10 scores. On Airbnb, we are SUPER HOSTS.
