Last day of being 38! Over the past year, I learned how to treat myself better, not always taking other’s feeling over my own. Awareness of self mental health is very important. Learning how not to be selfless is not being selfish. Instead it’s practicing self-care. Practicing self-care is recognising and responding to your needs whilst considering the impact on others. Have you ever thought about that? As I always says, I am always learning how to be a better person, wife, daughter, sister and friend to my love ones. 🫶🏽

How do you define a good trip? To me, a good trip means going to places without much research and be completely surprised. I didn’t research anything about Sofia, Bulgaria 🇧🇬 prior to going and I was quite pleased with what I had experienced. Very slow living, fantastic wine🍷 and beautiful mountains. It’s also a good base to go on day trip to Serbia, North Macedonia and Kosovo. Itinerary will be shared on upcoming reels 🎞️
