Many times people ask, Why should I use a travel agent?"....well last Friday I received an email from a family and the resort they arrived at was not up to expectations.
When you have a travel agent, you have someone to do the logistics of getting you to a different resort and as the client emailed me and said, "you saved our vacation!" When you book on your own you are on your own to resolve and figure it out!

Be wise and use a travel agent! You'll be glad you did. 😁
