Hotel reservation sales and customer service representative wanted for full or serious part-time position - work from home!

Who We Are:
HotelGuides.com is an online travel agency based near Charleston, South Carolina. We have been in business on the web since 2002. We sell hundreds of thousands of hotel reservations every year.
Who we need:
You must live in the Charleston, SC area and be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
You must be able to work a mix of all shifts, including days, nights and weekends.
You must have solid customer service, computer skills and fast and dependable Internet service. This is a remote position.
You must be comfortable working online and via phone.
You must be able to work comfortably with computers and various software applications, e.g., email, text editors, file transfer programs, spreadsheets, etc., and have the ability to learn new applications on your own when needed.
You must be able to consistently process data with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Call center and/or hotel experience is not a must but it is a big plus.
You must be able to…
Check your ego at the door and be a strong team player
You must be able to follow directions, learn new tasks quickly, and work well with others (no drama!), as you will interact with hoteliers, guests, and other HotelGuides.com staff on a regular basis. You must be comfortable working online for long periods of time.
This is a fun job but requires critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task and the discipline to succeed while working from home.
Compensation:
Pay starts at $15 per hour. Further pay increases, benefits, including health insurance if working full-time, and other perks may follow after an evaluation and trial period.
