A big inspiration on this journey was growing up as a 1st generation Laotian American. Memories of me as a kid helping my parents literally kill and process our own food. We raised chickens, lived on the river, and always held big gatherings involving food, friends and family. Our new land, reminded my old man, of the old land, Laos.. I want to share my culture and food with you.. Thanks Angelus Tamerlane Bailey for helping me get folks excited about Lao food!! (Goals)

"Hi, folks! Sorry it's been a while since we've kept our fans up dated, but.. Thanks to you, Mamma's Egg Rolls has grown over the years to be locally successful and we couldn't have done it without you! But as times change, we also had a dream to be able to offer you even more great food from the Lao tradition, and that needs a little bit of change as we expand to new markets.

We're happy to announce a new name change to "Sap Sap" translation meaning "Delicious, Delicious" in Native Lao. We'll now be offering a wide variety of products including Lao/thai sausages, Lao Meatballs for Pho. In the near future We'll be looking to add, jarred sauces, and pepper paste Same Great Mama's Quality, Great New Name."

Be on the look out in the near future for "SAP SAP" authentic southeast Asian, products.

As local and fresh as you can get!
