Vicki and the Wilson kids want to say a big thank you to all who showed up for Dad's party. It was so nice to visit and see all your faces. Jack was there in spirit, and if he could've been there in person, he would've grumbled, but secretly, deep inside that Grinch heart, he would've loved every minute. Many thanks to Dennis for being there for Dad in all things and letting us crash his house, break his toilet, and use all of his tin foil. To Annie, Cori, and all the cousins and aunts, uncles, and their families - thank you for all you've done from decorating Dad's room at the hospice, setting up tables and furniture, bringing so much food, and just providing any kind of shoulders and support since we found out Dad was sick and beyond. We love you all immeasurably and can only repay it in hugs, love, and glass Cokes (you know who you are).

Spread the word! Saturday, May 18th - Party to Celebrate Jack Wilson at Uncle Dennis' house, starting around 2:00pm. Prepare to visit and tell stories!! We'll have pulled pork for sandwiches and I'll make a tray of potato salad, cowboy beans, and probably some banana pudding. Bring some chairs, a side to share if you want, and drinks if you're picky beyond water and cheap sodas. (And maybe cheap shots). We'll also have Jack there in some cool vessel so we can toast him and tell stories behind his back. 🤣 Address: 2690 Mitchell Butte Road, Nyssa, OR 97913. Even though he's "allergic" to shell fish, we finally were able to eat at Skipper's Pier, a restaurant that's been on our list for over a year, and were amazed at the size of chilled shrimp. As they say, everything's bigger in Texas!
