Well took my oils to work. I used Peppermint a drop on my thumb and placed on roof of my mouth. This give me a boost I needed woke me up. Lovely and refreshing.

I have started to use these beautiful cards as an affirmation for the day. I was shuffling and thse 2 popped out.

Hi beautiful souls one of the oils I use every day is COPAIBA I take a drop neat straight from the bottle underneathmy tongue. Especially when I am feeling doubt in myself this brings me back to centre and calm.

Lavender wow what a wonderful oil. The smell alone just relaxes me.
I tend to use this more at night on the soles of my feet via rollerball. Also a spritzer spray on my pillow.
If I wake during the night several times alot of the times. I repeat the above 2 processes and relax into sleeping again.
