🍕National Cheese Pizza Day! 🍕

📍 Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria, located in the Italy Pavilion at Epcot, offers a slice of authentic Italian dining! (When I mean authentic, I mean authentic! They looked at my husband like he was crazy when he asked for ranch with his pizza! 😂)

This pizzeria is known for its wood-fired Neapolitan pizza goodness! 🤤 The restaurant uses imported ingredients like San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and Caputo flour from Italy to craft its dishes. Guests can enjoy a variety of classic Italian appetizers, pasta, and desserts, all in a lively, family-friendly atmosphere that captures the spirit of Naples. With its striking decor, including three massive pizza ovens named after Italian volcanoes, and its bustling ambiance, Via Napoli is a must-visit for pizza lovers and anyone craving a taste of Italy.🇮🇹

Checkout the GIANT pizza we ordered. 😍How we went home without leftovers is still a mystery to me.

In honor of National Wildlife Day, I thought I'd share about the Kilimanjaro Safari at Disney's Animal Kingdom!🦒🦏

Personally, the safari is at the absolute top of my Animal Kingdom must-do list. From the moment you board your open-air safari vehicle, you're transported to the African savannah. The immersive experience allows you to witness animals like giraffes, elephants, lions, and rhinos in their natural habitats, right in the heart of Walt Disney World!

The adventure feels truly authentic with knowledgeable guides sharing fascinating facts and stories about each animal you encounter. The landscape, from the lush forests to the open savanna, is so meticulously crafted that it feels like you are transported to Africa. What I think I love the most is that every safari is unique – no two rides are ever the same! Whether it's a giraffe crossing the road right in front of you or catching a glimpse of a pride of lions lounging in the sun, there's always something awe-inspiring around every corner.

🌅 **Pro Tip:** Try to go early in the morning or late in the afternoon when the animals are most active!

Mickey’s Autumn Adventures breakfast kicks off today at Storytellers Cafe at Disneyland Resort’s Grand Californian Hotel!

This is the first year for this new seasonal meal and it will run through November 18. A perfect start to your fall Disneyland days!
