Have you ever stayed in an upper and lower interior? Personally I think it’s got a lot of foot room. I’m actually a fan of interiors (I’m not gonna be in my cabin except to sleep and shower) and I don’t like the sound of the wind whistling through the door of a balcony. I like it dark. It helps me sleep.

Spot on.

Our first cruise we did not buy a drink package and paid the ultimate price. Over $500 was spent on “oh it’s just a cocktail” or “sure I’ll have a beer”. If you don’t drink don’t buy one. But here’s the kicker: a lot of cruise lines will require everyone in your stateroom to have the drink package if one purchases it. We’ve used on board credit for ours. We’ve also purchased it ahead of time because it’s cheaper. There’s also packages on some ships just for pop (or soda for those weirdos that don’t call it pop) and even Starbucks coffee.
