"We had an amazing Universal Studios Orlando trip planned by Zanolla Travel. For Christmas, we decided years ago to do memories versus presents and this past year we decided to do a Universal trip. David is our amazing travel agent and Jason always has him put together a couple of vacations and we open the envelope and see the choices and choose on Christmas day where we will be going. So many wonderful memories were made. I would highly recommend staying on Universal property. We used the water taxi to commute to different parts of the property on a regular basis. What a fun experience."

"Disney trip for the big 3 year old! While Andy was in the field, the kids, my mom, and myself went down to Disney World. 10/10 recommend, 0/10 recommend during Hurricane Milton. Thankfully Zanolla Travel was with us every step of the way!!"

🙌 This is the second trip Leah and her family have booked with us! They were scheduled to head home right as the hurricane made landfall, but this is one of the reasons to book with a travel agent! We were always just a text or phone call away and were able to quickly rebook transfers and make adjustments to get them out before the airport shut down!

"Shoutout to Zanolla Travel for all of your help with this bucket list trip. We loved our stay at Disney's Aulani. We experienced Pearl Harbor, an extremely fun food tour, Kualoa Ranch for jungle and movie tours, a family photo shoot, snorkeling, swimming with turtles-dolphins-whales-and so many colorful fish. We closed out our trip with an amazing luau. It was beyond beautiful. Life is short-take the trip. ✈️

We want to re-introduce ourselves since we have some new followers on our page! We are David & Leah Zanolla, owners of an independent travel agency based in West Central Illinois.

On Small Business Saturday, we feel like it’s important to share why you should bring your travel business to a small agency instead of a big box store (like Costco or Sam’s Club):

1) We KNOW because we GO! With over 80 trips to the Disney parks, 15 Disney cruises, and many trips to places like Europe, NYC, Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, the Caribbean, and more, we travel to increase our knowledge so we can best support our clients on their trips!

2) You get to work with a person instead of a computer. When you book with a big box store, THEY become your travel agent, but they’re not there to support you like we can.

Universal Orlando will be opening their new park, Epic Universe, on May 22!

Epic Universe is made up of 5 worlds, including Super Nintendo World, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Ministry of Magic, How to Train Your Dragon Isle of Berk, Dark Universe, and Celestial Park.

I’ve included a few pics from the preview center that we got to see in June! We were also at Super Nintendo World in California earlier this year, so have a few photos of that as well!

Last night, David got to see the new evening show at Epcot called “Luminous: The Symphony of Us.” It opened a month prior and is a significant improvement over the previous evening show at this park.
