We invite you to come to paradise and bask in the glorious serenity of Casa Ciao, Casita Carino or Villa Serena. All three of our 5 STAR homes are located in Las Conchas, Rocky Point, Mexico which is a four hour drive from Phoenix or Tucson. Las Conchas is a guard patrolled residential community that sits along a 4 to 5 mile road. Casa Ciao (sleeps up to 6) and Casita Carino (sleeps up to 4) are s

ide by side beachfront homes that sit high above the beach for added privacy and are literally just steps from the sand. Both houses have separate and private entrances, terraces and beach access. Casa Ciao and Casita Carino are located in Section 9 of Las Conchas which is towards the end of the community. There are huge tide fluctuations in this section of paradise during the full moon and new moon cycles. During the lowest of tides, there are approximately 900 feet of sand in front of you leading towards the coral reefs. During the highest of tides, the sea of Cortez comes right up to your terrace wall and you feel like you are standing on the back of a cruise ship looking out at sea. It is something that few people get to experience! Section 9 also has all sandy beaches instead of the rocky beaches that Rocky Point is known for. We are close to the Morua estuary which is home to a wide range of flora and fauna in addition to over 100 varieties of migratory birds. It is a wondrous place to explore and even within walking distance to the oyster farm. As an added bonus, dolphins can be swim seen swimming by almost daily. The beaches in section 9 are never crowded and you can often find yourself on the beach with very few other people around. Villa Serena (sleeps up to 9) is our newest ALL 5 STAR rated home which is located in section 8, closer to the front of Las Conchas. It is a gorgeous, modern second tier home which means it is not a beach front property but is located in the second row across a small dirt road. In fact, it is only 68 short steps from the house to the beach access path. Because of the way Villa Serena is built, it's terraces sit higher than the beach front homes and provide absolutely gorgeous views of the Sea of Cortez from every room of the house. It's close enough to the water to have the sounds of the sea fill the terraces and home during high tide. All three of our homes are decorated in the colors of the sun, sand and sea. The cabinets and furniture were locally made which gives the homes an authentic Mexican feel. Every item was carefully and lovingly chosen to create a tranquil oasis for your vacation.
