🚨LONG POST (but worth it!)🚨
My goal is to ALWAYS be as helpful as possible to my clients and support them not just when they book, but during and after their trips as well.

STORY TIME📚I have a client who reached out months ago about booking a trip to St. Thomas. We worked together to find the right hotel and I encouraged them to book flights directly through the airline just in case anything went wrong. Fast forward to today and they’re set to travel to St. Thomas this morning when there was a last minute flight issue that was going to either potentially force them to cancel their plans or pay an additional chunk in change/cancellation fees. She called me to let me know what was going on, and I immediately started making calls to see what her options were for her hotel reservation and how we could avoid any fees. Because of a good supplier relationship, I was able to help change her reservation WITHOUT any type of cancellation or change fees being taken.

I know the thought most people have is, “Why should I book with a travel agent when I can just do it myself?” There are so many reasons why we choose to book trips (big and small) ourselves, and they’re all valid; but, sometimes it’s just nice to have someone else on your team! The cost of a travel advisor is already worked into the price you’re paying, so if you don’t use one that supplier is pocketing the money without having to provide additional service when things go wrong. It’s already frustrating enough when your trip doesn’t go as planned, and it just makes it that much more stressful when you have to be on the phone with multiple people just to try to work through each problem. This is 100% why I got into travel. I absolutely love serving people and helping lighten the load❤️

⭐️ Long story short: I’m going to do everything in my power to give you good service before, during, and after your trip and I’m going to always try to do right by my clients so that they can have the vacation they deserve. ✈️ 🚢 🏝️
