Caitlin & Trey traded the tropics of North Queensland for the wild beauty of Tasmania’s East Coast, saying ‘I do’ in an intimate winter elopement at the stunning Whale Song Shack in Falmouth.

With the crisp Tassie air surrounding them, their day was nothing short of magical. And while their beloved Labrador Maggie couldn’t be there in person (in dog) she still had the best seat in the house... can you spot her watching on? 🐶🐾🤍

Lighting the fire at dawn is a quiet ritual of mine. The sky slowly shifts, its colours folding into the flames, while the crackle of fire finds rhythm with the waves. I’m always drawn to these early moments, where night gives way to light, and everything feels suspended. I’ve been working on an ever-evolving project that seems to take shape in places like this, where the sense of time and space invites something deeper to surface

For a wedding planner, she was everything we had ever hoped for and more. Nat went above and beyond for our day, answering the million questions we had, researching anything we asked, visiting our venues so we knew what to expect, and organising everything with her amazing Tassie network.
