Limpopo National Park Limpopo National Park is the Mozambique side of the Kruger Park and is almost half the size . There are two entry points from inside the Kruger Park.

ZAMBEZI RIVER

▪️With a length of 2,574 KMs, the River is the 4th longest river in Africa and 32nd in the World

▪️It's the longest eastward flowing River into Indian Ocean

▪️Its also the largest by volume flowing into Indian Ocean from Africa

▪️At the mouth in the Indian Ocean, its volume discharge is 4,134 Cubic Meters/Seconds

▪️The River's main feature is the Victoria Falls, which is the largest in the World (based on combined width and height)

▪️The River's catchment population is estimated as 32 Million, with nearly 80% being farmers

▪️The River is home to the Kariba Dam, the largest man-made dam in the world by volume.

▪️It also holds the the Cahora Bassa Dam in Mozambique 🇲🇿

▪️Both dams (Kariba and Cahora Bassa) have an compiled installed capacity of roughly 3,800 MW, and being a major source of power in Zambia 🇿🇲, Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 and even South Africa 🇿🇦

▪️ The River originates from Zambia 🇿🇲, and passes through Angola 🇦🇴, Namibia 🇳🇦, Botswana 🇧🇼, Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 and Mozambique 🇲🇿
