About

Thank you for visiting Speedboat ni Jojo page! My name is Jojo Mariano and I am a proud Maxum Bayliner owner, modified to have a transom for attaching a pre-loved 2006 Mercury ELPTO 90 HP Outboard engine. This page will be my outlet to post all my different boating adventures and experiences all over the Philippines so that other speedboat owners, or those considering of buying a speedboat, will have an idea on where to bring their boat next.

I’m also into fishing. Officially as of November 2018, I have only caught just one fish in my entire adult life, an emperor fish, during a fishing expedition off Zambales. I can honestly say that I caught more fish (carpa) when I was still a teenager, using just bamboo poles and worm at a fish pen project by my dad back in the day.... Now that I have a boat, my quest now is to seek out fishing spots in Anilao, Nasugbu and Zambales (Philippines). I am not a pro angler yet and I’m still struggling to figure out many things about the art of fishing, so this page will also serve as my way to document my journey to being a pro angler and also a channel to share my review of different gadgets, rods, reels, baits and accessories used for fishing.

Again, thank you so much for dropping by! Please don’t forget to like my page so you'll get instantly notified of whenever I upload a new video or post a new blog. :)
