Some of my favorite foods from the Norwegian Getaway. My most favorite foods were the Indian selections from the Garden Café buffet, even for breakfast. Yes I had shrimp at Cagney's - I just wasn't in the mood for a huge (juicy, delicious! said my family) steak lol

We had 2 club balcony suites, formally known as a "mini suite" on this cruise. It was a little bit more expensive than the standard balcony room, but it was totally worth it for our family. It's the same size as a regular balcony room, but just having a larger shower and the occasional snack delivered was very nice. My sons and my husband are 6 ft 3in to 6ft 7in, and having the larger shower was great perk. I didn't notice if the balcony was larger than the regular balcony room. If it was it was negligible. The club balcony suite is not technically a suite like the true ones in the Haven. There were a few more amenities though like bathrobes and a free bag of laundry - very nice to have on a seven day cruise. We visited Disney's Hollywood Studios on the last Jollywood Nights Holiday Event. We enjoyed low wait times for the attractions, fun snacks, meet & greets, free Photopass pics, and live music & entertainment. I’ve traveled the world and these United States, and I love learning about different cultures and peoples. I served in the Army National Guard and then became a registered nurse. After visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in 2009 for the first time, I was completely smitten with all things Disney! It only took our family two visits to convince us to become Disney Vacation Club members. We’ve been able to visit Disney World or sail on Disney Cruise Line almost every year, and we’ve enjoyed staying at the incredible Disney’s Aulani Resort. I’m a wife of 19 years to the love of my life and a homeschooling mother of 2 amazing teen boys. I’m a self-proclaimed Star Wars nerd and a fledgling comic con cosplayer.
