A reminder!

Baby Fawns

Did you know, fawns are born scent-free and have white camouflage spots which protect them from predators. The doe continues to keep her babies scent free by consuming her fawns urine and droppings. This is yet another reason why humans should never touch a fawn. Leaving human scent on their body will attract predators to the fawn. Please leave them be and keep your pets away, their mothers will return.

Look what we found for the attic bedroom at Narnia!

New art at Narnia! This beautiful original wood block print is by Katy Mills. The moment I saw it, I knew it was perfect for the 100 year old wall in the master bedroom. It is Agape LOVE. This is what the White Witch could not understand.
The inscription at the top reads “The Witch would have known that when a willing victim who had committed no treachery was killed in a traitor’s stead, the table would crack, and death itself would start working backwards.” The inscription on the bottom reads in Greek “Christos anesti,” meaning “Christ is resurrected”.
