Interior design:

My life experience has taught me that professional value boils down to results. A designer must be passionate, able to listen to the clients taste and goals, to communicate well, be dedicated, detail oriented, and conscious. The customer's budget has to be carefully taken in consideration when planning the design. Team up with them, work closely enough to understand their expectations. Guiding our customers through the process, planning and mapping it out until they are comfortable enough
with the choices and its customized to fit their needs. Once we accomplish this first steps subsequently the development of the project should be a success. Home staging: conceptual design
Every realtor states that the first 40 seconds of the buyer stepping into a house will most likely determine impression made and the sales outcome. I leverage my design instinct and knowledge into overall instant visual impact when you first step in the house. That's what I believe creates valuable staging. We also should take in consideration that this is just the first hook. The follow through is as important to keep buyers on the same note and excitement of the first impression. Home staging are minimalist. It intends to create a "possible future story" for the buyer who is looking into buy explaining how they could potentially use that space when they become the owners. It intends to maximize the value of the sellers home highlighting its best features and downgrading its possible flaws. It is as important to collaborating with the seller's realtors and/or contractor using a creative vision and ideas to implement and support the business objective to sell at the highest possible price with in a unique and eye-catching way. In both cases interior design and staging I enjoy to bring it all together adding a few personal touches to create spaces all buyers and homeowners will love, by showcasing all the great features the house has to offer. When buyers can see themselves "at home" in that the space is finished it is a great sense of accomplishment. This can be achieved in any property. Residential; including: homes, condos and apartments.
