And after the safari for almost 4 hours, we patiently waited for the big cat for his hunt. And he did just after the sunset, rising from the bolders of Aravali.
Unfortunately, the sighting for just for a few minutes and hence couldn't get him clicked. The joy knew no bounds since this was our first ever night safari in the wild.

On the second day morning, we again had our catluck and spotted the lepordess nursing her cub , hiding in the bush, emerging again . It was a sheer delight and luckily this time we had the Camera.

Announcement!!!
So, after a few months of starting with blogging and my travel tales, I am finally collaborating with for Rann Utsav 2018.

I will be taking a tour to Kutch , Bhuj as a mere explorer in November . I will be writing content and stuff for their upcoming website .Yes , since this is the first assignment I am all excited.

Buddhism is the religion originated in India - primary objective being to propagate teachings of lord Buddha . Buddhism is very popular in some parts of northern and north eastern india .

The beauty of is its 'Acceptance' and 'Tolerance' . I can vouch on the fact that there is perhaps no other county than India to embrace diversity . Here culture , language , religion , form of worship, food habits change in the periphery of a few kilometers .

The Lord buddha's idol stands firm and tall while we climb to some 200 steps of Hemis monastery- Ladakh. It can easily be inferred that the Lord himself is guiding the region from the top by meditating. He himself is the strongest contendor even in the contemporary times of peace , introspection and tranquility .

The buddhist prayer flags amalgamate with the wind spreading buddhist chants across in the space and bringing positivity .

I love trekking out of many reasons and one is it gives me 'Perspectives'. Perspective to go ahead , to never give up, to trust my self .

This is the pinnacle I climbed this .Picture is captured from a plateau after a treacherous ascend . This was tough , really tough .

The patches because you need a rope to ascend , need a rope to descend and be mindful of all each step, since on your left there is either valley or nothing .

At the End- I conquered it 😎😎😇😇😇💓💓💓

If architecture and monuments are the testimony of heritage, the local communities bring 'Soul' to it.

This Father Son Duo singing rajasthani folk songs which perfectly blended with 's glorious history . Glad of the fact that countless of find ways to earn their living and choose not to beg.

Travel isn't all about fancy places , luxuries and fashion- it has got to do more with acceptance. Acceptance to local customs, cuisine, people and their tradition . At large, to imbibe and be open to different cultures, sects , religions especially in a country like which has a rich diversity.

India is a country of different cultures , traditions and beliefs .

Golden temple at Amritsar is an abode of spirituality with an essence of Calm, Peace , Sublime faith amongst sikhs and also many other sects of religion .

Here, the holy book 'Guru granth' Sahib is worshipped , food in the form of langars where rich or poor, man or woman offer service symbolising servicing to mankind is equivalent if not more than worshipping god .

People take dip in pious waters to wash their sins.

I had been there when I was 15. This was shot by while in amritsar and when he shared , I could recollect my experiences as a teenager there.

Getting out of your comfort zone is tough and calls for a lot of effort from you. But once you succeed in your endeavour it is satisfying.
Getting out of the comfort zone may be as simple as riding a cycle, or commuting via public transport or anchoring an event if that is not your cup of tea.

For me, it meant conquering my fear of height .

Sahyadris beautify a hundred hold fold in monsoon .

Monsoons in India is a saviour , since still the irrigation and farming is monsoon dependent . is the nurturer and creator and mountains respond beautifully to it.

Matheran, the smallest hill station in India is the ultimate tourist destination in Monsoons.
This is also eco sensitive zone which means no vehicles , no plastics and no rampant constructions.

A place for quick catch up , with a sea facing by and Bandra - Worli sea link to the adjacent is what Bandstand is .

This was captured a year ago in one of my quick catchups in mumbai . Monsoons like these 😍😍.

In affluent area of , It is a perfect place for hanging out and well, you may get amazing pictures for the DP as well 😀😀😀.

I had tried my best to control myself on not going into the sea on the day 2 of , but Jalandhar beach was enchanting and couldn't resist .

Seldom will I have a beach all by myself and secluded in , the country with second highest population in the world. And hence I seized the moment .

Haji Ali dargah is located in the southern part of Mumbai .

In a way this ancient monument of Islamic belief is a classic example of communal harmony wherein people with different sect of religions come and pay obeisance .

This is easily accessible through mumbai local train wherein you need to get down to Mahalakshmi Stop.

There is a Juice shop serving good fresh fruit juice on the road.

There is one thing I can vouch for - even a 5MP camera in laddakh is enough to get amazing shots, such is the landscape .

This little tent resort in the heart of is perfect to imbibe serenity and breathtaking beauty of Nubra Valley . And unbelievably there is a desert beneath the mountains where you can go on a double hu**ed camel Safari . . 🙏🙏

My kind of a luxury ⛰️⛰️⛰️.

An old man and his camel.

The old man seeing sun setting in front of his eyes, while the camel anticipating beyond the mortal sunset . The glory of morning that this sunset will bring in next morning , continuity of life , winds breezing, birds chirping .

Same situation and two different takes , that is how life goes: on how the things are perceived . If the glass is half empty or full.

I love to be at places where there is no cell phone connectivity, primitive places where you are totally at the mercy of mother nature .

Here is where trekking gives a breather . It gives me perspective , reasons to move ahead , trust my self and most importantly my instincts . It makes me realise how little is my
existence to the world and you coexist with a lot of fellow living beings .
