DON'T ARGUE WITH DONKEYS

"The donkey said to the tiger:
"The grass is blue."

The tiger replied:
"No, the grass is green."

The discussion heated up, and the two decided to go to the lion, the king of the jungle.

Already before reaching the forest, where the lion was sitting on his throne, the donkey began to shout:
"His Highness, is it true that the grass is blue?"

The lion replied:
"True, the grass is blue."

The donkey hurried and continued:
"The tiger disagrees with me and contradicts and annoys me, please punish him."

The king then declared:
"The tiger will be punished with 5 years of silence."

The donkey jumped cheerfully and went on his way, content and repeating:
"The grass is blue!"

The tiger accepted his punishment, but he asked the lion:
"Your Majesty, why have you punished me? After all, the grass is green."

The lion replied:
"In fact, the grass is green."

The tiger asked:
"So why are you punishing me?"

The lion replied:
"That has nothing to do with the question of whether the grass is blue or green. The punishment is because it is not possible for a brave and intelligent creature like you to waste time arguing with a donkey, and on top of that come and bother me with that question."

The worst waste of time is arguing with the fool and fanatic who does not care about truth or reality, but only the victory of his beliefs and illusions. Never waste time on arguments that don't make sense... There are people who, no matter how much evidence and evidence we present to them, are not in the capacity to understand, and others are blinded by ego, hatred and resentment, and all they want is to be right even if they are not. When ignorance screams, intelligence is silent. Your peace and quietness are worth more."

Sometimes I get Confused and even get Stressed by the Ever-changing Policies over what and how I have to Teach ...

Despite All That, I am a Teacher and I Love to Teach and I am Teaching •••

On Pay-days I don't Laugh as Corrupt Officers and Others do, But by the Next day I Love to come with a Smile to those that I Teach ...

Because I am a Teacher •••

The main Source of My Satisfaction is when I see them Growing. I See them Succeeding. I See them having all those Assets. I See them Bravely Facing the World and it's Challenges. And I Say yes I have Taught in Spite of Living in a World Opened by Google...

Rahsia orang Cina bina kekayaan.

1. Bantu adik-beradik.

Dalam keluarga Cina, kalau anak sulung tu jutawan, dia akan share rahsia bisnes dan bangunkan bisnes bersama-sama adik beradiknya.

Contoh paling dekat sepupu saya. Dia anak sulung dan berjaya buka kedai jual kereta mewah import. Kemudian, dia ajar adik-adiknya lagi 3 orang dibawah buat bisnes berkaitan kereta. Adik kedua buka kedai repair kereta, adik ketiga buka kedai servis aircond kereta dan yang bongsu buka kedai aksesori atau make up kereta.

Dan hasilnya mereka semua kaya dan jutawan underground.

Kami tak sampai hati tengok adik-beradik susah sedangkan ada yang senang diantara kami. Jadi sama-sama belajar untuk bina kekayaan. Senang adik-beradik, senang hati kami.

Kami pegang prinsip, if you want go fast, go alone. If you want go far, go together.

2. Harta yang ada dikembangkan.

Kalau ada cash banyak atau dapat duit ratus-ratus ribu, jarang kami plan nak kahwin banyak. Haha..sebab tambah beban dan harta lagi kecil portion bila dibahagikan.

Apa yang kami buat ialah kami beli rumah atau hartanah RM100k dalam 2-3 biji sebagai long term investment. Bina portfolio hartanah. Hartanah tu akan double up dua kali ganda ke dalam 10 tahun.

Sebab tu jangan pelik ada family Cina walaupun dah dewasa masih tinggal bersama dengan parents. Duit lebihan tu mereka beli rumah dan bagi orang sewa. Atau yang lebih hebat lagi, tetiba dah ada sebuah pasaraya hasil pakat kumpul sesama keluarga.

Kami jaranglah berebut harta. Selalunya kami berpakat untuk kembangkan harta yang ditinggalkan tu. Sama ada jual kemudian flip beli bangunan atau kedai untuk disewakan. Duit tu dibahagi sama rata.

WE LOVE PROPERTIES. HAHA..

Tapi saya tak ada banyak rumah pun. Sebiji saja untuk duduk. Senduu.

3. Gembira atas kejayaan orang lain terutamanya ahli keluarga.

Perasan tak kalau kedai cina yang baru bukak, akan ada banyak jambangan bunga wish luck dan berjaya dalam perniagaan kepada bisnes owner tu.

Kami sangat gembira kalau ahli keluarga atau kawan-kawan berjaya dalam bisnes. Tandanya parents pun takkan hidup susah dan tidaklah anak sorang yang berjaya tu saja perlu menanggung parents. Lagi senang untuk berpakat bantu keluarga dengan hasil yang dituai.

Tak perlu nak dengki ke apa sebab kita sendiri menyaksikan betapa susahnya mereka nak bina sesebuah perniagaan.

Even ada je dengki. Tip**ah kalau kata tak ada langsung kan. Tapi circle saya mostly tak ada nak dengki. Mereka even support beli produk atau guna servis kita. Trust tu dah ada dan lagi mereka sebarkan kepada kenalan yang ada.

4. Save dulu baru spend

Duit yang dapat kami akan simpan dalam unit trust, FD atau simpan je la dalam bank.

Kalau nak beli apa-apa, kami akan tangguhkan keinginan tu sampai hujung bulan, bila ada lebihan, baru spend.

Spend benda yang perlu dan benda kehendak tu sekali sekala.

Untung tau orang Melayu boleh simpan dalam ASB. Saya tengok ASB simpanan antara yang menguntungkan berbanding unit trust atau FD.

So jangan lepaskan peluang untuk save dalam ASB.

5. Tak s**a berhutang

Kami memang tak s**a berhutang beli barangan kecil seperti fon, peti ais, perabot dan sewaktu dengannya.

Kami akan kumpul duit dan tahan nafsu supaya dapat beli cash. Penat sekali tapi for long term lega minda dari fikir nak bayar bulan-bulan. Tu tak masuk lagi interest. Rugi woo..

Selalunya kami hutang pun benda besar seperti rumah dan kereta. Kereta pun selalunya kami cuba settle cepat-cepat supaya cash flow tak rabak for long term. Kan kalau buat full settlement akan dapat rebate.

Lagi p**a kereta susut nilai sangat cepat. Jadi tak berbaloi beli kereta mahal-mahal tapi tak cuba setel hutang secepat mungkin.

Tu sebab orang Cina sangat minat kereta Honda dan Toyota kerana kereta tu mampu milik dan tak perlu maintanance tinggi walaupun mereka mampu je beli kereta mewah.

Ada je orang Cina beli kereta mewah. Tapi ada trick la untuk kurangkan income tax dan selalunya mereka cepat-cepat settle kan hutang kereta tu.

Masih belum kaya lagi!!!!
