This one here is a hard worker! Kristine met me up at the cabin last weekend to get it ready to rent and described it as being “magical”. What a great compliment. We walked through the neighborhood drinking our morning coffee and on the way back to our cabin, she found these stacking wine racks that another cabin owner was giving away. The weather is perfect this time of year and I really enjoyed spending a long weekend in the woods with just my daughter.

Welcome to Kerb's Cabin, our charming cabin in the woods, which is an hours drive east of Redding, CA. But it's much cooler at this 4,700+ elevation.

Come relax or have some outdoor fun. We are only 11 miles from the nations best kept secret, Lassen Volcanic National Park! Near by, you will find many streams and creeks for fishing, trails for hiking, and lakes for swimming and other water sports. Lake Alamanor is only a 40 minute drive away.

Small shelves under the steps serve as a little pantry for guests. Fire escape ladders upstairs at both ends of the cabin can be found under the dresser or under the bed. Fire extinguishers are located downstairs and one at the top of the stairs. There is a small sized washer and dryer in the bedroom downstairs. Thank you Elsa for making and putting in the shelves!! We love them.

Plenty of room at this 10 foot cedar table. Eat, play games, or just gather around for conversation, fun, and laughter. There are additional folding chairs under the stairs. Monica is currently making a bench to go with this table she made. :)
