Don't forget that our first public tours of 2025 return to Chester and Lancaster for February half-term! Our first Chester Family Tour starts at 10am on Monday 17th February outside the Visitor Information Centre. Our first Lancaster Family Tour starts at 11am on Wednesday 19th February in Market Square. 2025 updates: The first 2025 public Family Tours of Chester and Lancaster will take place during the first half term of Monday 17th-Friday 21st February at 11am with Robert Mason, the Dark Prince, Walter de Whibley or Algernon Eccleston (walk ups accepted). Specific details to follow. Private tours can be pre-booked through our website www.livehistory.co.uk every day from Wednesday 1st January 2025 onwards. Happy new year everyone!

Our apologies to our customers for the frustrating grotto closure yesterday, we have tried to move your bookings as best we can to Stanley Palace. Father Christmas is there today between 1 and 6pm.
