Worth around $400 million, Keanu Reeves is the only A-list celebrity whose front door and parking garage open directly onto the street. Here he kindly gives us a wave, as he always does when he sees me outside his house. (Though he’s probably not waving directly at me but rather my tour guests). The actor is one of the kindest and most generous people in Hollywood today. Known for anonymously donating millions of dollars to charities, Reeves also has time to spare for anyone who may ask. Staying at the same hotel as a couple’s wedding reception in England in 2022, Reeves was asked to join the party arfter being spotted in the lobby. Reeves said he had immediate plans but would try and join the reception later. To everyone’s surprise, he actually did while also posing for pictures. The bride changed her Twitter profile picture to one of her with Keanu Reeves, joking that her new husband "won't mind just for a few days".
Then a few minutes later, down the road, we pass by David Spade’s former home where we see the actor/comedian standing outside and having a chat, presumably with the property’s new resident. Spade had bought the hillside home in 2001 for around $4 million. After more than 20 years there, Spade sold the property in February 2022 for $19.5 million. The actor/comedian has now bought a modern, three-story, six-bedroom mansion above the Sunset Strip for $13.85 million. The new abode is located just above the Comedy Store, so the comedian could conceivably just walk to work if he chooses to do another gig there.
