EACH RESORT HAS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT TERMS AND A LINK TO RESORT SPECIFIC TERMS CAN BE FOUND ON EACH RESORT PAGE. TERMS & CONDITIONS (Read Carefully since Non-compliance will result in room cancellation upon arrival)
A. All adults must have a valid government issued photo ID. (Drivers License, state issued ID card, Passport)
C. At least one member of the party must have a valid and active major cr
edit card (not a debit or prepaid card) that matches the name on the photo ID. D. Must have an income of $60,000 USD prior to taxes. If customer is married, or cohabitation, income is combined. E. Must not be a full time student. F. Couples MUST tour with spouse, fiancé, significant other, or life partner if married, engaged, or cohabiting. Single women are permitted to tour. G. Cohabiting couples must have ID’s with matching addresses. If they do not, they can use a checkbook or a lease/mortgage statement with both names on the account to qualify as a cohabiting couple with a combined income. Newlyweds can use their marriage certificate. H. Children 6 years and under must stay in an attended children’s room during the group portion of the presentation. I. Cannot have filed for Bankruptcy in the previous 3 years, and must be currently released from any bankruptcy proceedings. J. Cannot have attended a presentation with the same resort in the last 13 months at any location. K. All guests must speak and understand English or Spanish fluently. L. Group travel is not allowed (Quinella). A Quinella is defined as multiple related parties (individuals/group/friends/family members) traveling together to the same location, on the same travel dates, attending a presentation. Should this occur all members must tour together, however only one tour will count as a tour. The other tour(s) will be marked as NQ: Quinella without credit and will be liable for all room costs. M. Must not be a current owner at the host resort or a travel club. Travel agents are not eligible. N. Guest cannot be scheduled for any other presentations in the Orlando area during their stay. O. All members of the party must attend a 90-120-minute presentation. There is no oibligation to buy anything. P. Must be a resident of United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, or Australia. Q. Residents of Florida will not be accepted. R. Reservations cannot be made more than 90 days prior to requested arrival date. S. Reservations cannot be made less than 7 business days prior to requested arrival date. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to arrival date. All cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival date and all no shows will be charged back a 1 night no show charge including taxes. T. Any guest that arrives but does not meet the qualifications will be charged back for all room nights at rack rate including taxes. U. TWC Paradise Adventures reserves the right to substitute equal or better resort accommodations in the event there is no availability at this location for the requested arrival dates. Guest will be made aware of any changes at time of booking and may reschedule or cancel at the time without penalty. V. This rate is for accommodations only. This does not include room taxes, tips, meals, key deposit, resort fees, or expenses of a personal nature. Room taxes average $7-$10 a day. Some resorts charge a resort fee to cover transportation and other incidental costs. Properties that charge a resort fee include: International Palms - $7.50/night; Festiva - $10/night; Vacation Villas at Fantasyworld2 - $9/night. The resort fee is per room, per night. W. Major holidays and special events are usually not available. This includes President's Weekend, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Race Week and Bike Week are not available in Daytona. There is very limited availability on a first come, first served basis but you can always call first to check with us. A rate increase may apply. X. Larger units including 2 and 3 bedrooms may also be available. Call us if you would like a larger unit.
